Hi guys, day 43 has rolled around and this is my video about my progress.
A short and sweet one today but overall things on track and now only 13 days to go until the end of the fest (I don’t really like calling it a fast since I am giving my body MORE of what it needs!).
Yes I lost more weight and still feeling great!

Fruit Juice is marketed as being healthy and a healthier drink than colas and sodas. The shocking truth however is that fruit juice has no fibre and it’s all sugar. One glass of ordinary fruit juice contains 6 spoons of sugar ! Drinking fruit juice is no different from drinking sugared drinks like sodas. It is very unhealthy for anyone, especially kids. Next time when you shop, please look at the back of pack and see the grams of sugar per 100gm of juice. It’s shocking how fruit juice labeled as pulpy is often just sugar syrup. Drinking excessive fruit juice will lead to a spike in blood sugar, raising insulin, obesity and potential diabetes. Fruit Juice is Sugar Poison. Instead buy real fruits that contain all the fibre which prevents the sugar from being absorbed by your body. Buy real fruits, not juice.
