Btw, this is what my chemistry professor told me, but, I've read that once lemon juice is metabolized by the body, it has an alkalizing effect. Not sure which is right.

I recently discovered your channel and I'm enjoying your videos immensely. There's one thing that I thought I would bring up. I mentioned to my chemistry professor in college that I had seeing many videos on you tube stating that lemon alkalizes the body.and that this seemed counter-intuitive. He said that lemon juice does not alkalize the body; it is an acid and thus, lowers ph making it more acidic.
What kind of juicer is that? The thing you used to get juice…

OMG! I've been stuck on laxatives for years! Every time I would miss a day having a BM, I would pop a pill or drink Asian diet tea. I started getting bloated after many many years of abusing my body.
