Back again with yet another video, this is the 49th consecutive daily video I have done on juice fasting. You’d think I might have run out of things to talk about but no, still going strong.
This video reports my weight loss, and talks more about the research I have done in how to properly transition back to solid foods for juice fasters (particularly if you have juiced for a long time).

the vegetarian society / dairy industry have altered the definition of "vegetarian" by including milk as being expectable. name one vegetarian in the animal kingdom who drinks another mothers milk. : /

I get a chuckle every time you pose the question of why we are the only animal which drinks the milk of another species. This conjures some pretty hilarious imagery of barnyard chaos. Tim, I've watched all of your video posts as I mentally ramp up for my fast. Finally the juicer is here, the vegetables are in the fridge, and my calendar can accommodate as much nonproductive time as I need to get through the initial phase. @hipsociety Thanks so much for your kind words. I am feeling pumped I have to say, and the weight continues to drop off. Yes my skin is dramatically "better" as well
I am going on a mainly fruit and vegetables diet with nuts, seeds and legumes and meat only occasionally (mainly for vitamin B12). My "goal" weight is 80Kg (176 pounds) and I intend to be there in 2 months time. I dont plan to do any more juice fasting once I am done with this.
Tim you're a BEAST; you look great! Big difference between your day 21 and day 48…Big improvement in your skin also, how do you plan on keeping the weight off?

Good vid Tim, you may already know this but its recommended to swirl each drink of a green smoothie in your mouth a bit to mix in saliva with it, this apparently aids the digestion and should help your transition back to food again
